Terri Drumm Veterinary Assistant Reception Terri was born and raised in the Dayton area. She graduated from West Carrollton High School in 1978 and went on to The Ohio University where she majored in Speech and Communication from 1979-1982. After several attempts to "find herself", she finally settled in here at Paws Inn Animal Hospital in 1998. |

Tracy Chamberlain Veterinary Assistant Reception Tracy was raised in Dayton, Ohio and is a 1993 graduate of West Carrollton High School. She then moved to Columbus, Ohio to attend The Ohio State University. There she received a bachelor's degree in Zoology while working at The Columbus Zoo as a keeper. She then returned to Dayton and has been working as a veterinary assistant for the past 7 years. She joined the Paws Inn team in September 2004. Tracy is the proud parent of a beautiful baby boy, Quinn, her loving dog Slider and 3 cats. |

Mackenzie Phillips-Kinser Registered Veterinary Technician Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio Mackenzie is a 1997 graduate of West Carrollton High School. After graduation, she attended The University of Cincinnati where she obtained her Veterinary Technicians license in 2001. Once her schooling was complete, she married her husband, Nick. From there, her family grew and she now has 5 dogs, numerous cats, and a rabbit! In her free time, she enjoys volunteering for The Pet Advocate League and special events for The Humane Society of Greater Dayton and SICSA. |

Mandy was raised in Miamisburg, Ohio and is a 1993 graduate of Miamisburg High School. She started working for Dr. Fournier in 1993 and worked for him until 2001. She came back to work at Paws Inn April 2008. Mandy has four children, two dogs and a cat. She lives in Germantown and is attending Penn Foster college to attain her Veterinary Technicians degree. |

Mindy resides in Germantown with her husband, four daughters, a dog, two cats, and two rabbits. She has been working in the veterinary field for the last two years and is currently enrolled in a Veterinary Assistant program.

Kala Fankell

Reception
Kala graduated from Miamisburg High School in May of 2008. She started working at Paws Inn in October of 2008 in the kennel while she attended the MVCTC to get her Veterinary Aide certificate. In August of 2009 she rejoined the team and started working up front. Kala is attending Penn Foster college to obtain her Veterinary Technician degree. She lives in Miamisburg with her 2 dogs, Ray and Hoss, who see loves very much. |
