Ronda Sprague- Practice Manager

Ronda started her career and dedication to the world of veterinary medicine as a teenager cleaning cages at Miamisburg Animal Hospital, Inc. in 1980.  She rapidly advanced through all hospital staff positions and educated herself with numerous practice management classes and constant on-the-job training.  She moved with Dr. Fournier in 1996 to become the practice manager for Paws Inn Animal Hospital, LLC.   Her love of the profession and genuine caring and concern for animals earns her the highest respect as the hospital team leader.  She is a life-long native of Miamisburg, Ohio and is active in community and animal service groups.

Mandy Combs- Hospital Manager

Mandy graduated from Miamisburg High School in 1993 and started working for Dr. Fournier right away. In 1996 Dr. Fournier, Ronda and Mandy moved to Paws Inn and have worked together to build the wonderful practice we have today. Mandy has a degree in Medical Massage Therapy and is halfway to her Veterinary Technician degree. She and her husband Jason live in Germantown with 4 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 grouchy hedgehogs.
