Appointment Policy

Please call our office to schedule an appointment or boarding reservation for your pet.  We pride ourselves on being as accomodating as possible to the busy schedules of our clients.  If your pet is sick or hurt we will make every effort to see them immediately or refer you to The Emergency Clinic for treatment.  Please understand that we try very hard to see each patient on time but sometimes a sick or injured animal may delay us.   Drop off appointments are available. A drop off means you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet. We recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.  Help applying for Care Credit is available to any clients who need or want to make payments on their veterinary bills.  Please feel free to ask any staff member about Care Credit.
